The great thing about mirror is that they’re extremely versatile and can be added to pretty much any type of space. A mirror with a rustic frame can add a warm touch to a bathroom for example. So consider mounting it above the sink. If the bathroom already has an overall rustic décor, the mirror will fit right in. pick a size that matches the space. This one is perfect for the double sink vanity and the dark stain on the frame matches the cabinet. A different design solution is to use two separate mirrors instead of a single large one. This way you make it clear there are two separate zones and it helps if the sinks or washbasins are also placed some space apart from each other.
Given the right setting, a modern media console has the potential of becoming a focal point in the living room although it can easily blend in and stay subtle if so desired. Modern media storage stands are usually very simple and this allows them to be very versatile and adaptable. There are numerous existing designs that are worth displaying as more than just functional furniture and, if you prefer something different, there’s always the option to turn this into a DIY project. Built using curved glass, the Screen console table has a sleek design created by Lievore Altherr Molina for modern and contemporary interiors. The console comes equipped with a CD/DVD holder.
This is a very similar project and a great way to give your plain coffee table a rustic look with a weathered gray wooden top. The design and finish go particularly well with the coastal décor but you can basically match this piece with all sorts of interiors. The steps to create something like this are pretty simple. First, get a Lack Ikea coffee table and assemble it. Then get some wood and cut the boards to size. Stain them with your favorite color. Carefully measure the boards and place them on top of the table so they sit evenly. You can leave some gaps between them if you like the look. Then nail down the boards and that’s pretty much it.
